Each piece in our collection is made to order and thoughtfully produced to meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because every print is custom-made just for you, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
That said, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If you experience any issue with your order, we invite you to get in touch — we’ll do our best to find a thoughtful resolution.
In Case of Transit Damage
In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please send inquiries within 7 days of delivery. To assist you, we kindly ask that you include:

Clear photos of the damaged artwork

Images of the original packaging (even if it appears undamaged)
Once received, we’ll assess the issue and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement.
Order Protection
We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order that appears to be submitted fraudulently or contains errors that prevent fulfillment.
