Art has always been a part of my life. My great-grandfather was a landscape painter and teacher, sharing his love of art with students and the community. My grandfather and father were carpenters—makers in the truest sense—able to build anything with their hands. From them, I learned to appreciate both the artistry of vision and the discipline of craftsmanship.

That foundation has shaped the way I see the world. I have always been drawn to the creative process in all its forms—designing, building, painting, and working with the land. Creating spaces that feel beautiful, restorative, and meaningful has brought deep joy to my life, and it is that same sense of intention that guides Artivare.

With a background in art and over twenty-six years of experience in design—including branding, environmental design, interiors, and visual communication—I have spent my career helping bring ideas to life. Artivare is a natural extension of that work: a place where art, design, and craftsmanship come together.

Alongside the curated collection, I continue to explore my own work as an artist. Much of my inspiration comes from time spent in nature—the open meadows, rocky hills, and quiet canyons that offer stillness and perspective. In these places, I am reminded of the beauty and goodness that surround us. That sense of connection finds its way into my paintings, which I am honored to share through Artivare.

Painting has a way of helping us pause—to see and feel something we may have otherwise missed. It can bring a sense of calm, beauty, and connection into our lives.
